Villa Gaia holds a much-desired location within an exclusive gated development of eight luxury villas, the villas location within the development means that it boasts breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea which can be enjoyed from the large natural stone terrace. The villa is perfect two couples, or a family with older teenage children with plenty of open living spaces whilst the bedroom accommodation layout also offers a chance for some privacy.
The villa has been beautifully designed with high attention to detail and a luxurious finish, boasting elegant interiors and stylish furnishings, Villa Gaia can accommodate up to four guests across two spacious en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation which consists of a living and dining area, complete with eco-friendly fireplace as well as fully equipped fitted kitchen boasting all necessary modern amenities. Throughout Villa Gaia, large windows allow the warm Crete sunshine to flood in and offer guests the chance to make the most of the spectacular views from any of the rooms. Also on this level is the first of the two double bedrooms which boasts direct access to the pool terrace. A free-standing metal feature staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom suite boasting Jacuzzi bathtub, from the bedroom wall to wall windows allows for uninterrupted views, the balcony is the perfect spot from which to enjoy these views while enjoying a cool drink.
Outside, the gardens have been just as carefully and lovingly designed. The private infinity pool is perfect for those wanting to cool off and take a dip while soaking up the magnificent views after a busy day of exploring the sights and sounds of West Crete. The outdoor dining area is covered with a modern pergola, specially designed to help guests make the most of the sunshine while also offering shade for hotter parts of the day, the area comes complete with barbecue, fantastic for those looking to do some al fresco dining while on sunny Crete!The villa has an excellent location within a small, private gated community close to the village of Kaliviani, where a range of amenities can be found. The nearest beach can be found just a few-minutes away at Gramvoussa Bay, although we recommend venturing a little further and heading to either Falassarna or Balos Lagoon, both of these beautiful beaches are around twenty-minutes away by car. The closest resort, Kissamos, is around ten-minutes away and boasts a wider selection of amenities. The airport, Chania International, is conveniently located just under an hour away.
