Villa Helios has a fantastic location within a luxury gated development of eight villas, Villa Helios is in fact the largest of the villas and boasts breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea from the large natural stone terrace. The villa is perfect for groups of friends, three couples or a large family group with plenty of open living spaces whilst the bedroom accommodation layout also offers a chance for some privacy.
The villa has been beautifully designed with luxurious, elegant interiors and modern furnishings and can accommodate up to six guests across three spacious en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation which consists of a living and dining area as well as fully equipped fitted kitchen boasting all necessary modern amenities. Throughout Villa Helios, large windows allow the Crete sunshine to flood in and offer guests the chance to enjoy panoramic views from any rooms. Also on this level is the first of three double bedrooms which boasts direct access to the pool terrace. A free-standing metal feature staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom suite, from here, the wall to wall windows allows for uninterrupted views, the balcony is the perfect spot from which to enjoy these views while enjoying a cool drink. The double guest bedroom on this level can be accessed through an external staircase, it boasts large doors which lead to the spacious sea view terrace.
Outside, the gardens are just as attractive have been carefully designed with shrubs, flowers and trees to enjoy. The private infinity pool is perfect for those wanting to cool off and take a dip after a busy day of exploring Crete and all that it has to offer! The outdoor dining area is covered with a modern pergola, specially designed to help guests make the most of the sunshine while also offering shade for hotter parts of the day, the area comes complete with barbecue, fantastic for those looking to cook up a storm!The villa has an excellent location within a small, private gated community close to the village of Kaliviani, where a range of amenities can be found. The nearest beach can be found just a few-minutes away at Gramvoussa Bay, although we recommend venturing a little further and heading to either Falassarna or Balos Lagoon, both of these beautiful beaches are around twenty-minutes away by car. The closest resort, Kissamos, is around ten-minutes away and boasts a wider selection of amenities. The airport, Chania International, is conveniently located just under an hour away.
