Villa Thalia holds a marvellous location within an exclusive gated development of eight luxury villas, the villas high position within the development means that it boasts spectacular views of the Aegean Sea which can be enjoyed from the large natural stone terrace. The villa is perfect two couples, or a family with older teenage children with plenty of open living spaces whilst the bedroom accommodation layout also offers a chance for some privacy.
The villa has been beautifully designed with high attention to detail, boasting elegant interiors and stylish furnishings, Villa Thalia beautifully intertwines natural materials of marble, wood and natural stone leaving a quality, high-end finish. The villa can accommodate up to four guests across two spacious en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation which consists of a living and dining area as well as fully equipped fitted kitchen boasting all necessary modern amenities. Large windows allow the warm Crete sunshine to flood in and offer guests the chance to make the most of the remarkable views. Also on this level is the master bedroom suite, which boasts a luxury Jacuzzi bath and direct access to the pool terrace. Heading upstairs, guests will find the second double bedroom which boasts walk-in Spa shower, the balcony is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views while enjoying a cool drink.
Outside, the gardens have been just as carefully and lovingly designed with endemic plants such as wild thyme, rosemary, broom, fennel and oleander which blend effortlessly into the surrounding landscape. The solar heated private infinity pool is perfect for those wanting to take a dip while soaking up the incredible views after a busy day of exploring the sights and sounds of West Crete. The outdoor dining area is covered with a modern pergola, specially designed to help guests make the most of the sunshine while also offering shade for hotter parts of the day, the area comes complete with barbecue fabulous for those looking to indulge in some al fresco dining while on sunny Crete!The villa has an excellent location within a small, private gated community close to the village of Kaliviani, where a range of amenities can be found. The nearest beach can be found just a few-minutes away at Gramvoussa Bay, although we recommend venturing a little further and heading to either Falassarna or Balos Lagoon, both of these beautiful beaches are around twenty-minutes away by car. The closest resort, Kissamos, is around ten-minutes away and boasts a wider selection of amenities. The airport, Chania International, is conveniently located just under an hour away.
