Modern minimalist 3-bedroom villas with large gardens and pools on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.
This smart and spacious villas feature open plan living areas with high ceilings that open out onto the patio through large double doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from a washing machine to a dishwasher, with ample fridge space, a kettle and a microwave. You can whip up a tasty breakfast before a day at the beach or plan a fancy dinner for a night in. You can also sit in the living area and watch TV – perfect for keeping kids entertained if it’s too hot outside.
Great for both family holidays or a trip away with friends, the bedrooms at Villas Mantz are configured into one double and two twins. The twins can also be pushed together to create a king to accommodate further couples where necessary. Decorated in calming, neutral tones with white linens and high vaulted ceilings, each bedroom offers a relaxing atmosphere for a tranquil night’s sleep. The double bedroom enjoys its own en-suite while the twins share a separate bathroom, which are each fitted with a shower and include complimentary toiletries and amenities.
The outdoor area of each of the villas are outlined with a well-kept lawn and include a private swimming pool with sun loungers where you can top up your tan, as well as a shaded seating area where you can enjoy al fresco dining or relax with a good book.
Situated in the verdant Matzavinata Village, Villas Mantz are just a short drive from Xi Beach with its fine copper sand, shallow crystal clear waters, and fabulous sunsets. Lixouri town centre which has all the amenities you’ll need during your stay is also only a 5km drive and Kefalonia International Airport is 47km away. Kefalonia is the largest of the islands in the Ionian sea and is famous for its exotic beaches such as Myrtos, Antisamos, Lourdas and Skala, as well as being the filming location for the movie Captain Corelli’s Mandolin. Besides its beautiful coastline, Kefalonia also has lots of sightseeing opportunities with fantastic monasteries, impressive medieval castles and picturesque villages.
Xi BeachOne of the most popular beaches in the Paliki region, Xi beach is famed for its gorgeous copper-toned sand, crystal clear shallow waters and beautiful sunsets.
PetaniNot for those afraid of heights, Petani beach is reached via a winding stairway down a steep cliff. But the effort is truly worth it to see one of Kefalonia’s true hidden gems. With white shingle sand and dark blue waters the beach is Blue Flag certified. Above the beach on the cliff you’ll also find a variety of tavernas with amazing views out to sea.
LixouriThe second largest town in Kefalonia after its capital Argostoli, Lixouri is a charming place with plenty to offer visitors. You can take a day trip to browse the local boutiques, shop for souvenirs, try some local cuisine and wine at the tavernas and restaurants and soak up the traditional Greek atmosphere. You can also hire private boats and yachts to explore the Kefalonian coastline by sea, or take a ferry to Agrostoli and discover Kefalonia’s capital.
FiscardoA colourful traditional fishing village in the northermost point of Kefalonia, Fiscardo is well worth a visit. Feel like you’re travelling back in time as you stroll down the narrow streets that still feature the pre-earthquake Venetian style architechture.
Drogarati CaveWith its ancient stalactites and stalagmites, Drogarati Cave is one of the most impressive on the island.
