The villa benefits from being close to exclusive hotel resort, Domotel Agios Nikolaos and, as a result, offers a full concierge service. For guests wanting to explore the local area, the beautiful coastal town of Sivota is nearby, while the nearest private beach is just a short stroll from the villa.

Villa Syvota holds an excellent location, set just a 5-minute walk away from the sandy beach of Aghios Nikolaus. For restaurants and amenities, Sivota harbour and village is just a 5-minute drive (or a 25-minute walk) away. The beautiful coastlilne boasts endless sandy bays, rocky coves featuring the fine white coarse sand and aquamarine waters. Mega Ammos is one of the most well known and Vrakas Bay famous for its watersports, both within easy reaching distance of Villa Syvota.

Villa Syvota makes an excellent choice for families travelling with children. The lovely sandy beach of Aghios Nikolaus is a five minute walk away while Sivota harbour and village is just a five minute drive away (or twenty-five minute walk) and has a variety of family-friendly restaurants. The infinity swimming pool is heated in May, June, September and October so perfect for little ones to enjoy splashing in the pool amid the cooler climates at the beginning and end of the season. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided on request.
