Villa Kalo Olive is a family holiday you will never forget. Sleeping 34 guests, this stylish villa has all the luxury comforts you’ll need for a relaxing stay including an infinity pool, a spa and a gym all with magnificent sea views.
As you step into the villa, wooden floorboards run down the length of the open-plan living area. Patterned light blue sofas fill the lounge, facing the sea views. A wooden dining table and family kitchen are on the far side of the room, although with the option of hiring an in-house chef, you won’t need to spend much time in the kitchen.Nine bedrooms are also on the entrance level. Each bedroom in the villa is designed to get a good night’s sleep. The mattresses are Simmons topped with high-quality bedding and the air conditioning is silent in each room, letting you sleep in cool peace. The bedrooms are decorated thoughtfully, mixing minimalism and character, using rustic textures to create a home away from home. Hair dryers, dehumidifiers and luxury amenities are in each room, plus individual sound systems compatible with mobile phones. Complimentary maid service is available daily, including fresh towels and linens. The villa is wheelchair friendly, making it accessible for everyone.
Stepping out onto the patio, you are met with comfortable lounge chairs under a wooden pergola, providing shade to shelter from the hot Greek sunshine. A large infinity pool curves around the side of the patio, acting as an extension of the Aegean sea. Squishy sun loungers sit ready for you to sink into, while a square jacuzzi is on hand to bubble away any stresses. A long dining table sits on one side of the patio. Under the floor, lighting sets the mood for a dining experience under the stars. You all will love gathering together, discussing the next day’s adventures to the smell of the BBQ cooking. Back inside, the first floor consists of four bedrooms, all with king-size beds, ensuites and individual balconies with views of the sea. the remaining four bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with individual entrances as well as kitchenettes. There is also a large games room in the villa with a football table, an opportunity to put your fellow holidaymakers to the test with an in-house tournament.
In a separate building is a modern gym, equipped with two treadmills, weight machines, kettlebells and yoga mats. You’ll be keeping up your routine while surrounded by the beautiful landscape. Here you also have an in-house spa, with a steam bath, feet spa, cold barrel shower, ice fountain and massage table.Designed to make your stay effortless, three living areas for in-house chefs, masseuses or housekeepers are on the entrance level, ready to make your stay effortless. Take a day trip to Mikonos town, one of the best-preserved, historic towns in Greece. Here you will be surrounded by classic, white-washed walls and streets, filled with cafes, and restaurants. Defined by the strong winds, the island is often referred to as the ‘land of the wind’ and has an iconic windmill landmark. 16th-century windmills overlook the Mykonos town and the sea beyond, topped with thatched rooftops and white-washed round buildings. Nicknamed ‘little Venice’, Mykonos town looks out over the sea and is one of the most famous places to visit Mykonos. You and your loved ones will love watching the sunset over the sea from the waterfront. Watch the sparkling waves change colours as the sun disappears.
From Mykonos, you and your family can visit neighbouring islands, venturing as far as the famous Santorini, taking less than two hours via ferry.
