We could easily see ourselves spending all day out here, dangling our feet in the pool as we bask in the glorious sunshine, but if you fancy something less sedate, Monopoli’s within easy reach and is home to one of the most fascinating archaeological museums in the country. Unleash your inner Indiana Jones, then come home and cool off on the terrace, the perfect place for a spot of alfresco dining before the sun goes down. Slice of focaccia, anyone?
