When you arrive at the Villa Sancia, the first thing you notice is the Villa’s private swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the magnificent Lake Como. This stunning panorama is just one of the unbelievable views that this property offers.
Opened in June 2015, this three floor villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests with its five bedrooms, five bathrooms, open-plan main floor, private terrace and spacious patio.
When you walk into the main entrance of the house, you are immediately drawn to the panoramic patio. Comfortable seating and an outdoor table with chairs are perfect for al fresco dining overlooking both the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center and Lake Como. Friends and family will enjoy the foosball table during a night of fun.
The open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and the living area with ample seating is the perfect place for chatting about the gorgeous lake views framed by the villa’s wall of glass doors.
The two bedrooms on the main floor have a private entrance and access to the garden while two bedrooms on the second floor have a private terrace overlooking the lake. One bathroom on the second floor has a unique lakeview bathtub.
This property offers a basement level that consists of a spacious private garage with room for four cars. On this floor there is a laundry room with brand new appliances and a full bathroom.
