Casa Dhanu sits in an elevated position on an organic estate, surrounded by rambling vineyards and total peace and quiet. Views of several national parks can be enjoyed from around the property, as well as the sight of majestic mountains soaring from the idyllic landscapes.
Casa Dhanu has your ultimate comfort in mind, with a mix of antique furnishings and modern features adding a sense of refinement throughout. Having a number of living spaces means that everyone can find their favourite place to relax. Probably the most sociable area is the grand living room, with a billiards table for building up an appetite before dinner. There’s an effortless flow between inside and outside here, with beautiful glass structures connecting the main villa with outdoor areas.
Enjoy al fresco meals almost anywhere around the villa, with several patio terraces being home to lovely dining areas. The views over the surrounding lush countryside covered in vineyards and olive groves as you eat are simply spectacular. The sight of the sun setting behind the mountains is a particularly breathtaking and memorable sight.
The main villa boasts four sumptuous bedroom, with two separate properties also having one bedroom each. This provides the ideal flexibility and privacy for your group’s needs. All of the bedrooms continue the themes of quality, style and laidback luxury. Art works on the walls and elegant pieces of furniture make these spaces you’ll look forward to waking up in every morning.
There are dedicated spaces for your ultimate relaxation, such as the sauna and emotional shower found in a cave under the villa – accessed via the garden. A glass hallway leads you from the villa to a glass house with Jacuzzi and wellness area. Unwind as you take in unspoilt views over your garden and beyond.
The gardens are extensive and are where you’ll find a large swimming pool with a small bar close by for even more refreshment on hot days! Wherever you wander in the garden, you’ll find a comfortable place to rest and glorious views to treat yourself to.

Spend the day exploring historic Ascoli Piceno with its wealth of Gothic churches, Renaissance squares and Roman ruins. Sandy beaches are less than 30 minutes away by car.
Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga and Monti Sibillini national parks are both around an hour’s drive away from the villa, with views of them even closer to home.Casa Dhanu is tucked away in the middle of the Le Marche countryside, on a rambling estate and reached only by a tree-lined, private lane. This means you have all the sights and sounds of the idyllic area to enjoy during your stay. Despite being so secluded, you can easily get out and explore the countryside on the bikes provided for you – or simply on foot. Restaurants and bars are also within a 15-minute drive of the villa.
During your stay at Casa Dhanu, you have free access to organic wine produced from the surrounding vineyards. Also included is olive oil made from the olive trees dotted around the villa and vegetables and herbs from the garden. And with daily cook service, you can look forward to some truly local, delicious meals! Food and wine and wine tasting tours are naturally very popular activities in the area.
Small towns such as Acquaviva Picena and Ripatransone are fascinating places to stroll around. Acquaviva Picena’s main historic attraction is an impressive fortress that originally dates back to the 13th-century, alongside the ruins of castle walls. There’s also a clock tower and the Church of San Nicolò to visit.
Highlights of Ripatransone include the cathedral, the medieval walls and the church of San Michele Arcangelo. For even more sightseeing, drive to the town of Ascoli Piceno and soak up cultural sights such as the Renaissance square Piazza del Popolo and 13th-century Palazzo dei Capitani del Popolo.
There are beautiful, sandy beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, with both spots being within a 25-minute drive of the villa. Hire sun loungers, swim in the sea, and try watersports such as windsurfing and boating.
Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park and the Sibillini Mountains both offer expanses of wild terrain to explore. They are home to all sorts of flora and fauna, as well as varied and dramatic landscapes.
