Spread over two levels, this home is light and bright and has more of those glorious vistas over the Tuscan countryside. Whip up some tortelli lucchese in the modern kitchen and enjoy it at your dining table. We love the master suite’s four-poster bed – if you want to have a relaxing soak, there’s a bath in the ensuite as well.
Known as the “city of a hundred churches”, the beautiful medieval city of Lucca is a twenty-minute drive. Here, you can visit the Casa di Puccini, where the celebrated opera composer was born or go shopping on Via Fillungo. Other attractions include the Guinigi Tower and Lucca Cathedral. Pisa, on the other hand, with its world-famous Leaning Tower, is forty minutes in the car.
