Standing in newly landscaped grounds, it’s the perfect picture of a Tuscan villa – with white walls, terracotta tiles and tall cypress trees. And we love the tower room that tops it all off with its arched windows.
Inside, the space is beautifully decorated with bold colours and frescoes. Exposed beamed ceilings and wood floors to many of the rooms add charm, while a practical, modern kitchen comes with all the equipment you could need to cook at home and the bathrooms are all stylish and individual. The living room has a particularly cosy feel, with a fireplace for winter escapes and striking red walls. A similar room on the top floor serves as a second lounge and has a sofa bed for two guests – ideal for children.
Spend your days by the private pool, which boasts incredible views, or drive less than ten minutes into the town and its famous spas. And for a day out, it’s easy to drive to any of the area’s main attractions – Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa.
