The villa has a spacious open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings and polished cement floors – it stays pleasantly cool no matter the heat outside. There’s a calming blue and white colour palette throughout, tying the inside and outside spaces together.
You’ll likely spend most of your stay outside. The garden is surrounded by pine trees, which provide plenty of shade should you wish to spend your time dozing in a hammock. The rooftop terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun and has lovely views out to sea.
The villa is just a two-minute walk from Campomarino beach, and is within easy walking distance of the Blue Flag beaches Commenda and Acquadolce. Hit the beach in the morning, swimming in the clear sea and sunbathing on the sand, then head back to the villa to enjoy an alfresco lunch in the garden – there’s a table under a pergola if you prefer to stay out of the sun.
There’s a handy pizzeria one minute away on foot, or you could drive into lively Campomarino. The pretty town has cafes, bars and restaurants, and a lovely atmosphere.
