Villa Alita is located within the countryside area of Estoi, offering stunning views over these idyllic surroundings. The villa is one of two three bedroom properties that would be ideal to book together for a large gathering, Villa Clareta is the neighbouring house that shares the external grounds including the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The villas are close to each other, yet as they are built on different levels they also both offer much privacy.
The estate is accessed via a small rural track through pretty gates leading into the grounds and parking area. Villa Alita offers a charming rustic feel, with modern design and furnishings throughout. The living areas are all bright and airy, with large glass windows constantly offering you varying views of the stunning outdoors. The lounge has exposed beams and a fireplace making it a cosy spot to curl up and read your book whilst still making the most of the views. The open plan kitchen is equipped for your use if you decide to cook at home, with a choice to dine al-fresco making the most of the warm climate! All the bedrooms are spacious and light, great for a good night sleep. There are two bathrooms as well as a separate shower room.
Outside awaits the inviting swimming pool, there is a built-in barbecue for your use and a landscaped garden with pretty gravel designs and a decorative pond. There is space for you to socialise as a group and to find some time to yourself with the countryside views offering a romantic back drop for an evening aperitif whilst watching the sun set on the horizon!

With the village of Estoi only 2km’s away, it offers shops, bars and restaurants, with a great atmosphere and good food. Nearby there are some famous roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates to the 19th Century offering a great day trip away from your villa.
