Villa Clareta is a beautiful property situated in idyllic surroundings within the countryside area of Estoi. This is the perfect spot to relax with privacy in retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Villa Clareta is one of two three bedroom properties that would be ideal to book together for a large gathering, Villa Alita is the neighbouring house that shares the external grounds including the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The villas are close to each other, yet as they are built on different levels they also both offer much privacy.
The Estate is accessed via a small rural track through pretty gates leading into the grounds and parking. The property provides those little luxuries you’ve been waiting for so you can truly spoil yourself. Villa Clareta offers a charming rustic feel, with modern design and furnishings throughout. With a fireplace in the lounge and exposed beams there is relaxed ambience to the space, yet large glass windows make it contemporary, spacious and light. The open plan kitchen also makes the most of the large windows, constantly offering you varying views of the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped for you to whip up some summer feasts, with the hardest decision being whether to eat inside or al-fresco! All the bedrooms are bright and airy, great for a good night sleep.
Outside awaits the inviting swimming pool, there is a built-in barbecue for your use and a landscaped garden with pretty gravel designs and a decorative pond. There is space for you to socialise as a group and to find some time to yourself with the amazing countryside views offering a romantic back drop for an evening aperitif whilst watching the sun set on the horizon!

With the village of Estoi only 2km’s away, it offers shops, bars and restaurants, with a great atmosphere and good food. Nearby there are some famous roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates to the 19th Century offering a great day trip away from your villa.
