Casa Tutti’s location is wonderful. It is nestled in a lovely garden in the hamlet of Malhadais, one kilometre from the centre of Boliqueime. Guests staying at this dreamy villa enjoy a  slice of rural Algarve in an area surrounded by pine trees and almond groves. You will be wandering through cobbled streets enjoying an authentic village atmosphere and watching the locals play their regular games of dominoes. Just a two minute walk out of Casa Tutti’s gate is a fabulous ecological reserve with over a hundred species of birds so don’t forget to pack some binoculars! You can wander down one of the winding tracks to the beautiful Algibre River that flows past the medieval Castle of Paderne into the Atlantic Ocean.
It is such a treat to stay at Casa Tutti. The villa is tastefully decorated, blending modern and traditional style. So much thought has been given to ensure that guests thoroughly enjoy themselves on their holiday here. The in-house entertainment will please all age groups and includes a gorgeous private pool and garden, a gym, a pool table, a cinema room and Playstation. Guests enjoy the surrounding nature and peaceful, authentic villages yet are only moments from the superb Algarve beaches, from the fabulous nightlife and adventures in Vilamoura and Albufeira and are minutes from the area’s championship golf courses.
The living and entertaining spaces of Casa Tutti are amazing. The open plan living space is beautifully decorated and furnished, enjoying a log burning fire for cooler months and a television for entertainment. Doors lead to the garden, terrace and pool. The kitchen is a very generous size, packed with plenty of cupboards and all the appliances you will need for your self-catering stay, including an American style fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
You will discover the games and cinema rooms and the gym in the basement. Here you will find a pool table for some friendly competitive fun, a 50 inch screen, Playstation and a wonderful supply of games and films. The gym offers a multi-functional weight trainer, a digital fitness bike, a pilates ball and dumbells. If your teenagers disappear from the garden and pool, you will know where to find them!
The villa boasts four very generous sized bedrooms. One offers comfy twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and rain shower. Another boasts a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a bath and a separate rain shower and a furnished terrace offering wonderful views across to the sea. Finally, there are two spacious doubles that share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Throughout the villa, the colour schemes are neutral giving a calm and elegant ambience.
Casa Tutti’s garden is beautiful with lots of flax and palms in the borders ensuring privacy. It boasts a lush lawn, a fabulous 9m x 4m swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers where you can enjoy the Algarve sunshine and your holiday books and a delightful alfresco dining area. The barbecue masters in your group can cook a delicious meal on the villa’s barbecue. Guests enjoy fabulous panoramic countryside views which stretch all the way to the coast. Casa Tutti enjoys a wonderful rural location only twenty minutes drive from Faro airport. It is very close to the picturesque village of Boliqueime and only ten minutes from the coast and superb golf courses. Boliqueime is laid-back and low-key with hillsides swathed in almond and pine trees wrapped around beautiful whitewashed houses. It is part of the Loule district, another place that should be visited. The village’s name comes from the word ‘bulicame’ which means thermal spring and the origin of Boliqueime is closely connected to the Genovese, Venetians and Sicilians who used to travel in the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries to this place, for the tuna and whale fishing. Boliqueime is quaint and charming with some atmospheric cafes. There are some lovely walks in the area, some of which lead to the Castle of Perderne, an old Moorish castle constructed in the 12th century. It was one of the last Moorish strongholds to fall to the Christians.
Vilamoura is roughly ten minutes away. It boasts no less than six renowned golf courses to keep golfers busy. The Algarve has a reputation as one of the finest golf destinations of the world. The Portugal Masters takes place every year at the Victoria Golf Course. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy horse riding, football and tennis as well as the huge variety of watersports offered on the beaches. Cyclists enjoy the traffic-free tracks and paths and the fabulous views over the dramatic cliffs. Vilamoura also boasts a fantastic marina, two stunning beaches, wellness spas, an eclectic dining scene, trendy bars, beach clubs, professional DJ’s and a famous leading casino.
Another lively place is the bustling town of Albufeira, 20 minutes away in the car. Albufeira boasts a hedonistic nightlife, a beautiful promenade, stunning cliff walks, a maze of cobbled streets in its atmospheric Old Town, world-class golf courses, water parks, zoos, high ropes adventure parks, boutique designer shopping and an ultramodern chic marina.
The atmospheric, unspoilt Portuguese market town of Loule is perfect for souvenir shopping in its Arabic inspired market. Loule’s Gothic Igreja Matriz Church is beautiful. The nearby Quinta da Tor is a great stop to taste some delicious authentic Algarvian wines together with delicious olive oil and bread. Alternatively, the Quinta da Miradouro winery near Guia offers the Vida Nova wines specially produced for Sir Cliff Richard. Tours are available but must be pre-booked. The delightful village of Almancil and its neighbouring village of Sao Lourenco are definitely worth a trip. The Sao Lourenco Church is one of the most attractive churches in the Algarve with characteristic blue tiles dating back to 1730 which tell the life story of its patron saint. Almancil is famous for its pottery. Guia is famous for its delicious piri-piri chicken which is barbecued on charcoal and spiced with hot chilli sauce.
