At the end of a long day of exploring the island – either on four wheels, two legs, or wicker sledge – we can think of nothing better than coming back and cooling off in the plunge pool, firing up the barbecue for an alfresco dinner on the terrace, before soothing your aching muscles in the Jacuzzi as you take in the view, drink in hand. Then, when your eyelids get heavy, the minimalist decor of the bedrooms creates the perfect ambience to clear your mind and enjoy an unbroken night’s sleep in the comfortable beds.
