If you’re looking for a place to slow down and switch off in the sun-soaked Algarve, then this comfortable villa is just the ticket. Inside, it’s bright and modern with homespun touches that make the place feel familiar and inviting. We loved the circular living room with its feature fireplace, splashes of Majorelle blue and round rattan chairs. When you’re not curled up with your morning coffee on the built-in sofa, you’ll be pottering around the traditionally tiled kitchen, putting together a tasty breakfast for your loved ones.
Dine by the blousy bougainvillea in the garden before jumping into the pool for a leisurely swim. In the early afternoon, enjoy a game of tennis on the courts a five-minute walk away, or take the twenty-minute stroll down to the golden sands of Praia dos Três Castelos. Explore a little further afield with a fifteen-minute drive to Benagil and hop on a boat to discover the famous caves. When evening begins to fall, head back to your pad to watch the sunset from the roof terrace – we think it’s best enjoyed with a glass of chilled wine in hand.
