The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, and a dining area perfect for family meals. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.

The villa’s basement features a comfortable living room with a double bed and air conditioning, perfect for those who want privacy.
Outside, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor lounge area with deck chairs, loungers, and hammock chairs. Villa Caldas is in a beautiful and serene area near Sesimbra, known for its stunning beaches, traditional fishing village charm, and fantastic seafood restaurants. Several nearby parks and natural reserves, such as the Arrábida Natural Park and the Serra da Arrábida, are perfect for hiking, picnicking, and wildlife watching.
