This archaic fishing village is located just over 20-minutes away from the centre of Boliqueime and presents a varied range of boutique shops for guests to explore. This landmark is also surrounded by a collection of red and orange cliffs, helping to contrast the sapphire blue nature of the sky. Praia da Falesia has also won a prestigious Blue Flag award for its utmost cleanliness and dedication to environmental conservation. This beach is situated around 15-minutes away from the centre of the region. This entire region is centred around Boliqueime Church, which is just a stone’s throw away from the centre of the village. This iconic monument was first built in the 17th century and was deeply respected by the contemporary population. The church still holds a lot of importance to this day and is well recognised as a popular wedding venue. When the church is not filled with bustling newlyweds, it holds a moving ceremony every Sunday. Many previous guests believe that this is a must-see experience for tourists as it truly captures the collectivist and charming nature of this small village.
