Located in the trendy hillside set De Waterkant district with its cobbled streets, colourful homes and the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village, a small, upmarket mall filled with fashion boutiques and global eateries. There are LGBT-friendly cocktail bars and clubs here too, while the V&A Waterfront is also within walking distance. A ten-minute drive, on the other hand, will take you to Table Mountain and the iconic beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

*This home is in a central spot, so noise is to be expected – light sleepers may want to pack ear plugs
