The backyard has a quiet terrace, furnished with plush sofas and armchairs while a ceiling fan swishes above. Alfresco dining comes courtesy of the gas grill and you can dine overlooking the magnolia trees in the garden.
Inside, the open living space is bathed in sunshine from big, classic windows. There’s enough room for the whole family on the L-shaped sofa and the kitchen is separated by a granite-topped island and breakfast bar, so the chef can keep one hand in the conversation.
