Situated in the small town of Moscari at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, there’s something very peaceful about this home’s location and there are plenty of ways to enjoy the plentiful sunshine that the island enjoys throughout the year.
While not the largest in the world, the swimming pool will still be perfectly cooling on summer afternoons – not to mention a whole lot of fun – and there’s a covered lounge and an alfresco dining table that both make relaxing a breeze.
Inside, the home is contemporary in feel, with a preference for bright walls, Scandi-esque wooden finishes and subtle lighting. We’ve got kind words for both the size and style of the greyscale kitchen, as well as the minimalist bedrooms and bathrooms.
When it comes to seeing a little more of Mallorca, the towns of Inca and Campanet can be found nearby and offer restaurants, bars and shops – plus caves in the latter of these destinations. The seaside town of Alcúdia is well within reach for a day trip and you’ll be grateful you made the journey when you’re lying back on golden sands and looking up at blue skies.
