Finca La Grenota is located in the charming and traditional town of Alhaurin de la Torre, where you will find a selection of delightful local eateries and grocery stores.
This wonderful villa boasts 3 swimming pools, yes, three!! One of them is particularly large at over 15 metres long, and one of the others is a children’s pool, making this a rather special choice for families with children of any age. There is also an enormous garden to run around in, and keen gardeners will revel at the vast array of Mediterranean plants on display, it is clear to see that the gardener has his hands full!
Inside, you will find a delightful living space, with a comfy living room, spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner and 3 lovely bedrooms, one of which is en-suite boasting a delightful free standing bath tub. The bedrooms are air conditioned, a very welcome facility, especially during the hotter summer months.
With the iconic and popular towns of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas and Fuengirola nearby, as well as the renowned beaches and cosmopolitan marinas in Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona also within a forty-minute drive, it is clear to see why Finca La Grenota is destined to become such a popular choice amongst our discerning clientele.The Costa del Sol is an extremely popular holiday choice for the discerning traveller looking for peace and quiet, magnificent sea views and within a short drive from the many fabulous beaches along the Costa del Sol coastline. Located less than a 15-minute drive from Malaga airport, and 15 minutes uphill and inland from Torremolinos, this particular area has been a sought-after destination for many years, which can easily be witnessed by the large number of superb villas on show!
