There are also separate areas for the study and for the television area, so everyone can settle in their location of choice and be in the ideal environment for their chosen pursuits! The large kitchen features granite counters and a huge range of the highest quality mod cons that will have you desperate to don an apron and rustle up an indulgent Mediterranean treat or two! And finally, each spacious bedroom, all on the same floor, features the highest quality furniture, all uniquely styled, and all enjoy ensuite facilities.
Last but certainly not least, make your way out to the garden area: enveloped in a lovely variety of native and exotic shrubs and flowers, the garden offers a range of both active and relaxation options. From a cooling dip in the large private pool or a rest on the luxury loungers, to rustling up all kinds of wonders in the warm afternoon glow with a second, well-equipped kitchen and dining area comprising a gas barbecue, dishwasher, ice maker, fridge and filtered water source right by the pool! Of course, the veranda offers even more with super comfortable sofas and chairs, dining areas and more from which you can enjoy the view. There is a terrace on the roof of the villa, also, for even more spectacular views of the sea. There is also a bathroom accessible from the garden area, allowing you to get clean and dry without stepping into the main house.
With both air conditioning and heating in every room, including corridors and bathrooms, and the option to heat the outdoor pool, this fabulous villa is ideal for both the hot and humid high season and the somewhat cooler off-season. There is even a ceiling fan on the terrace to keep you cool on the warmest of days!
All built on one floor, this property is ideal for those with mobility issues, with no challenging stairs to tackle anywhere! And indeed, it’s walking distance from a number of restaurants and shops, and of course the beach! The Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.
While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.
Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.
Just a short walk away, Binidali is a small village in the south-eastern corner of Menorca. It provides a wonderful escape from the more crowded, resort-filled areas of the island. The coastal areas around here have an abundance of small inlets with clear turquoise waters where you can enjoy a swim or simply soak up the sun.
