Villa Adara is a charming, three-bedroom property located in a peaceful, country setting from which you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The 150-year-old house has been completely renovated, offering a unique blend of character and modern features, boasting a Mallorcan rustic style with fresh, stylish décor. For those looking for a retreat away with privacy and wonderful open country views, this villa is perfect.
As you enter the villa, it is bright and airy throughout, offering comfortable and friendly living spaces where you can simply relax and forget about the outside world. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking for the whole group. There is a dining room and cosy tv room that all lead into each other, making this an open, sociable space. There is also a shower room on this level. A narrow wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. The final double bedroom can be found in an annexe outside with its own en-suite bathroom.
Externally, Villa Adara is truly charming, the gorgeous country views from the private pool are something special and make it hard to look away. Imagine yourself sunbathing on one of the sun loungers, reading your favourite book, whilst enjoying a glass of local wine! Or making the most of the outdoor dining area and enjoying a meal al-fresco, whilst the sun sets on the horizon.
Villa Adara is located only a 15/20minute drive from sandy beaches, shops and restaurant, so you get the best of both worlds, with privacy around your villa, yet amenities only a short distance away. There is something for everyone, so you can relax in ease from the moment you arrive.
Located near Cala D’Or, a beautiful holiday destination on Mallorca’s southeast coast. Cala D’Or may have started life as a little fishing village, but these days it is a well-loved and admires resort that comes with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. The area blends the charm of cobbled streets and low-rise buildings with modern amenities, maintaining an authentic Spanish style. The marina with its resident superyachts, adds an aspect of glamour to the area. You have 7 beaches to visit in Cala D’Or, all small and romantic, secluded coves with clear water. Cala Gran is the biggest of the beaches, where you can find watersports and sunbeds. There is something for everyone in the area.
