Situated among Orange groves and fruit trees in the peaceful Pollensa countryside, this single level villa in Mallorca is a welcoming holiday home to suit the whole family.
Reminiscent of a Spanish finca, high ceilings fill the villa with light and exposed beams add rustic appeal. An intimate lounge with comfy sofas opens to the dining room, and is a perfect place to read or watch your favourite DVD. Family meals are made easy in the large kitchen, and the small breakfast table is good for both card games and morning coffee.
Outside the kids can swim or play table tennis while the adults sunbathe by the private pool. A BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen, and dining area on the covered terrace will make lunches at home a treat. In the orchard, lemon, fig, and plum trees lie within reach to sweeten your meal. You’ll also have access to a WC and shower room on the exterior grounds.
Just under 2km from the villa, the town of Pollensa delights the senses with its charming cafes, historic stone buildings, and Sunday morning market in the Placa Major. A few kilometers more and the beautiful beaches and scenic wonders of Puerto Pollensa beckon! The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
