Can Biniatria also makes use of a considerable swimming pool, meaning that guests are free to go for a calming swim after exploring the hotspots of Alcudia. The pool is also accompanied by a set of sun loungers, allowing guests to lie back and relax whenever they please. This far-reaching garden also includes an outdoor dining area with a brick-built barbecue. Guests are encouraged to use these facilities frequently and indulge in freshly cooked food whilst you gaze out at the spellbinding views. When you first enter the property, you will be greeted by the minimalist yet stylish lounge area. This space includes two large white leather sofas that face a modern TV. Thus, the lounge area is perfect for family movie nights and spending quality time together. Plus, the lounge area provides direct access to the outdoor terrace. This terrace comes fully equipped with high-quality furniture, making it ideal for exciting outdoor dining experiences. Following on from this space, you will see the dining area. This area contains a large table with a set of matching chairs. Therefore, guests can all dine together in one space, ensuring that they can enjoy delicious meals in a more communal environment. The kitchen within Can Biniatria uses an array of eclectic design choices to create an eye-catching space. Using a mixture of marbled green and white cupboards, this kitchen follows a more diverse theme. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with all of the essential equipment to create amazing meals whenever you feel like it.  Can Biniatria is home to three luxurious bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a spacious double bed that also offers impeccable views of the nearby mountains. The second and third bedrooms are both twin rooms. As such, they both contain a pair of single beds. These rooms are suitable for small children or for guests who would rather sleep apart. Can Biniatria is located in an impeccably rural area but is only 5km away from the town centre of Alcudia. In turn, guests have the luxury of enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside as well as the vibrancy of the local town. The Alcudia Market is just a 2-minute walk away from the town centre and offers tourists the unique chance to explore this exhilarating culture first-hand. Markets are an integral asset to Mallorca’s rich legacy as it encourages residents to support other native businesses in the area. The Alcudia Market presents a wide range of clothes, hand-crafted jewellery, and bags. Thus, guests are encouraged to purchase a few souvenirs to remind them of their time in this amazing region. This particular market is open every Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm.  This villa is also just 5km away from the spectacular Club de Golf Alcanada. This marvellous golf course was designed by the acclaimed architect Robert Trent Jones Jr, ensuring that the course is maintained at an exceptional level. Despite only opening in 2003, Club de Golf Alcanada has received a sparkling reputation, being considered one of the finest golfing establishments in Mallorca. The course spans 6499m and is made up of 18 holes, allowing guests to gain an in-depth experience during their time here. Prices for this attraction range from €105-€145, depending on the season.  S’Albufera Nature Park is just less than 20-minutes away from the centre of Alcudia, making it an accessible day out for guests to enjoy. This incredible nature reserve is one of the largest and most significant wetlands in the entirety of the Balearic Islands. With over 200 species of rare birds to see, guests are encouraged to enter the visitor centre and learn more about these wondrous creatures. The staff at the visitor centre can also offer bikes to help guests travel around the wetlands and make the sightseeing experience just that little bit more exciting.
