A luscious and far-reaching property located in Alcudia, Casa Reial allows guests to kick back and relax in a villa that is teeming with amenities. The exterior of this property makes use of a considerable swimming pool that is encircled by high-quality sun loungers and emerald green trees. As such, guests can take a dip in this spacious swimming pool whilst being truly mindful of the exquisite sights that surround them. This property also includes a collection of outdoor terraces. These are scattered around both the front and back exterior, giving guests an abundance of unique places to recharge and unwind. There is even an outdoor barbecue area so guests can prepare and serve a selection of amazing dishes for the whole family to enjoy.  As you enter the property, you will be greeted by a rustic and traditional living area. This space includes a variety of wooden furnishings and decorations, creating an attractive and cohesive style throughout. There is also a large white leather sofa in the centre of the room to add a striking touch of contrast. The kitchen within this property adheres to a brighter and more minimalist theme yet is still able to stay connected to its traditional roots. The white cupboards help to balance out the wooden surfaces and windows, building an unconventional space for guests to enjoy. The lower level of this property is also home to the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a large double bed that offers amazing views of the garden area. The second bedroom uses one single bed. In turn, this room is ideal for guests who are less able to climb stairs on a regular basis. Upstairs, you will see the remaining two bedrooms. The third bedroom is an awe-inspiring suite, equipped with a double bed as well as a quirky living area. This room is ideal for a separate couple who would prefer to have their own space to call home. Finally, the fourth bedroom makes use of a pair of single beds, making it ideal for small children or for a couple who prefers to sleep separately. Casa Reial can be found in the bustling region of Alcudia, an area that is filled with exciting and inspiring tourist attractions. This region is also known for its rich religious history, particularly during the 19th century. St Jaumes’ Catholic Church was first constructed in the 14th century but was destroyed by terrifying weather conditions in 1870. However, the church was reconstructed a second time in 1893, this time with a contemporary Neo-Gothic look. Since then, the church has continued to be a cultural focal point, allowing both locals and tourists to pay their respects and take in the wondrous artefacts that the church has to offer. St Jaume’s Catholic Church is just 5-minutes away from the town centre of Alcudia. If you are looking to discover more about the history of Alcudia, the Roman Remains of Pollentia gives guests the opportunity to uncover the alluring ancient history of this region. This renowned excavation site dates back to 123 BC and has been in operation since the 1920s. During this time, experts have uncovered a Roman forum, theatre, and residential town. Guests are encouraged to explore each aspect and learn more about how this small town lived under Roman rule. Plus, there is also a museum located close by that presents a wide variety of artefacts such as clothes, shoes, and coins. This can help guests to further solidify their knowledge and learn more about how civilians operate on a regular basis. The Roman Remains of Pollentia is just a 3-minute drive away from the centre of Alcudia. Alcudia also boasts a riveting local market, helping tourists to learn more about the customs of this beautiful culture. The Alcudia Market is located in the main square of the town centre and hosts over 300 stalls every week. Here, guests will discover an assortment of clothes, craft items, and other artisan souvenirs. The market also has an allocated section dedicated entirely to fresh produce. Thus, guests can purchase a collection of fresh fruits and vegetables to use in their own cooking back at Casa Reial. The Alcudia Market is open every Tuesday and Sunday from 8 am till 1:30 pm.
