Where to start with this astonishing fifteen-bedroom, fifteen-bathroom villa? Step inside, and, if anything, the setting becomes even more luxurious. You will be greeted first by a large entrance foyer, a welcoming space filled with natural light and tactile textures which set the scene for the rest of the ground floor. Moving then into the living areas, of which there are several, each fit for its own unique purpose, we find more neutral soft furnishings accented by splashes of colour and nods to the home’s location as well as the great expanses of glass that make up the huge double-height windows, again, flooding these rooms with rich Spanish sunlight in the day time, and allowing glimpses of the inky darkness studded with stars at night. This home is very much about ‘bringing the outside in’, so the magnificent views which surround it end up becoming a part of the interior itself.
Continuing through these inviting and carefully thought-out areas, we come to a large ‘restaurant-style’ dining area: an elegant space designed with opulence and comfort in mind and which provides a first-rate setting for a casual breakfast as much as for a glamorous evening meal. The dining area opens out onto the terrace. So, having indulged on whichever particular delicacy features on the menu this evening, why not pour yourself another glass of regional Spanish wine and head for one of the chic outdoor seating areas set off by modern flame heaters, stylish Moroccan-inspired furnishings, and the coup de grace, that incredible view. On the lower levels of this home, you will also find a fantastically well-equipped gym, complete with everything you could need to help work off any holiday excesses, as well as a full-size yoga studio for when you need a little zen in your life. Slide open the glass doors and allow the sounds and smells of these peaceful surroundings to waft in while you work out. In need of yet more TLC? Well, the opportunities don’t stop there as there is even a full-service spa on-site. Finish off your workout with a rejuvenating steam or a few minutes in the sauna, before making use of the treatment rooms for a massage and a mani/pedi. If you can’t treat yourself on holiday, then when can you? Of course, there is loads of space to exercise outdoors, with an outdoor spin studio with several stationary bikes available. We think you’d be hard-pressed to feel anything other than completely at peace here, but if you do find yourself yearning for a moment of pure clarity, then the rooftop meditation room filled with softly flickering lanterns provides the perfect place for just that.
The fifteen ultra-luxurious bedrooms are spread throughout the home, with some on the ground floor offering direct access to the garden and snug private terraces overlooking the lush lawn. Each of them is ensuite and has been finished to an impeccably high standard, resembling a five-star hotel room more than the average holiday home rental. This includes sumptuous beds, superior bedding, and soft mood lighting that all contribute towards the perfect night’s sleep.

Held each week on Saturday in the square, you’ll be able to bag a bargain on everything from clothes to carpets; antiques to accessories while mingling with locals.
