Casa Abanico is an ultra-luxurious six-bedroom villa located close to Marbella. It has been recently renovated to the highest standards and sits close to some of Spain’s most popular golf resorts and beaches. Entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful classical piano. This elegant touch is typical of what you can expect from the property and is placed in an equally grand entrance with a seven-metre-high ceiling, crisp white walls and marble floors. Making your way through the villa, you’ll find the large and brightly lit living room with modern decor and garden views. The fully equipped kitchen is modern, pristine, and bathed in all-day natural light. It’s perfectly positioned to look at the greenery, so making a morning coffee here is a real pleasure as you watch the light change with the sunrise. A dining room is attached as part of the open plan design, or you can move to the outside seating area and dine al fresco.
The ground floor corridor leads to three stylish bedrooms. Two come are furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and boast en-suite bathrooms with standalone showers and garden views. The other is furnished with a queen-size bed and overlooks the patio.
Moving upstairs, you’ll find the main bedroom with a king-size bed, private dressing room, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. There are two more bedrooms on this floor; one for the kids and one with a queen-size bed overlooking the patio.
The highlight of the gardens is undoubtedly the private pool. Guests love to spend hours by the pool, and with comfortable sun loungers included, sun worshippers will be in their element. For those that want to keep their fitness levels up on holiday, there’s also a well-equipped gym which guests are free to use whenever. There’s also a palapa which is an ideal chillout area for guests to spend long summer evenings relaxing or entertaining.Casa Abanico is just a twenty-minute drive from Marbella. Surrounded by the Sierra Blanca mountains, the vibrant coastal city has something to suit everyone, not just the jet-set crowd. The old town is immaculately maintained and characterised by mazes of narrow lanes with colourful houses, flower boxes and stunning bougainvillaea. You can see why the beaches continue to be such a draw for tourists year after year.
A ten-minute drive from the villa is the luxury marina complex of Puerto Banus. Sandwiched between the mountains and the sea, the marina is the perfect place to see and be seen, snap those all-important selfies, and indulge in the best fine dining Andalusia has to offer. The glamourous town is rich in high-end shopping malls, restaurants and bars. Shop ’til you drop at the luxury boutiques that line the streets then hit the waterfront to eat, drink and be entertained.
Another ten-minute drive from Casa Abanico is San Pedro de Alcantara, a buzzing town which is full of history and popular with day-trippers. The town has retained its authentic Spanish charm over the years and remains relatively untouched by the surrounding developments. Spend a day exploring the narrow streets of the old town and visiting the small shops, cafes and bars that line them.
