The ground floor features a fully-fitted modern kitchen with marble countertops and designer fittings. A secondary kitchen is downstairs, along with the laundry area and a separate entrance for the staff accommodation. A twenty-minute drive from the villa is the luxury marina complex of Puerto Banus.
