Surrounded by beautiful countryside and offering complete privacy, Villa Sini Bella is a charming rustic country house in Buger, Mallorca, ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday.
At the end of a long private driveway, you’ll find the picturesque stone house surrounded by fruit trees and palm trees, and a parking space should you hire a car.On the ground floor, enter into the living space through the glass double doors, where you’ll find a beautifully rustic open-plan living space, which is filled with natural light and stone flooring throughout to create an airy ambience. The lounge area is homely with big comfy sofas and a wide screen satellite TV. The kitchenette may be small but is fully equipped with everything needed to make culinary delights. The breakfast bar is a great spot for a morning coffee, and the round dining table looks out to the pretty terrace outside. There are two family bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor with large original windows and stone flooring, and plenty of storage for your holiday wardrobe. Both have twin beds that have been pulled together to create a double bed so can accommodate couples or single members of the holiday party.
A third bedroom can be up to the open wooden staircase. The annexe style layout features four single beds and is perfect for children. The large sloping beams fill the room with character and the large wooden window with natural light.
Outside you’ll find a stunning sheltered terrace with stylish outdoor lounge furniture, where you can recline and relax as you sip on something chilled and look out to the incredible large private pool. Surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, the pool area also has a barbeque and sheltered dining table where you can enjoy endless al fresco lunches that roll into the evening.
If you can tear yourself away from Villa Sini Bella, the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcúdia and Puerto Pollensa are close by and the renowned Pollensa golf course which is just 10 km away. The charming rustic house is situated in a quiet village called Buger situated in the north of the island, and filled with restaurants and cafes. Ideally, there are lots of days out and things to do within easy reach if you have hired a car.
If you can tear yourself away from Villa Sini Bella, the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcúdia and Port de Pollensa are a ten minute drive away. Alcúdia Beach is a beautiful blue flag beach with fine white sand that stretches from Port d’Alcúdia along a ‘golden mile’ of coastline. Port de Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. A beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay, with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide, and filled with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.
For golf lovers, the fabulous Pollensa Golf course is just 10km away is a beautiful spot for a game as a family or with friends.
The pretty villages of Campanet and Caimari are also close by and worth exploring. If you’re a shopaholic, a visit to Inca is a must for the leather goods on offer.
