Just a short walk from the beach with sea-views from your first-floor terrace, Dario Blanco is a spacious and homely villa complete with a huge pool terrace!
You’re welcomed in by a fabulously spacious living room, with multiple sofas distributed in front of the Satellite TV and traditional bookcase. To one end you have direct access to your garden and to the other a beautiful dining area. Next door you’ll find your immense kitchen, continuing this stunning monochrome design with white fittings and a sleek black marble countertop. There is also a guest bathroom available.
On this ground floor, you will find the first two elegant bedrooms, each with two large single beds. Both benefit from incredible French doors which simultaneously light up the interiors and invite you to step out onto this fabulous pool terrace. Upstairs there are an additional two bedrooms, including the master double bedroom and a final twin room.
The master suite has a spectacular four-poster bed as well as a private dressing room and a private terrace! Both of these rooms enjoy wonderful ensuite bathrooms, one with a stunning bathtub and bonus shower (with private garden access!) and the second with a vast shower. Meanwhile, the twin rooms on the ground floor share a breath-taking large bathroom with a superb double-sized shower.
Out in your expansive garden, a stunning, Tunisian style array of trees and plants encircle your lawn and in the centre is an incredible pool. A shimmering white pool terrace surrounds it, complete with snug loungers where you can sunbathe and socialise in between dips into this welcoming pool! On the elegant veranda, you can indulge in a little alfresco dining, kick-back in a cosy outdoor sofa or even fire up the fabulous brick-built BBQ to spice up meal-times! Nestled on the edge of the rolling hills of the interior of the island, with a stay in Dario Blanco you’re spoilt for choice in active pursuits on land, as well as the majestic beaches on the doorstep!
The tranquillity of the property is incredible when you consider that it’s just a 2 to 3-minute drive from all the shops, bars and restaurants you could need in the local village of Sa Punta des Port, and indeed just a short walk to the coast, with all the entertainment options on offer here! From coves and beaches to marinas and National Parks, there’s something for everyone just minutes away!
Your nearest beach is the small, sandy beach at Cala Egos, and the accompanying town centre offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Another fabulous sandy beach is just 4 minutes away in Porto Petro, a charming fishing village where you can enjoy a scenic walk along with promenade, lined with excellent cafes and waterfront restaurants.
While just 5 minutes from the villa is the town of Cala d’Or, hugely family-friendly with beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes aplenty. Catering for all ages, there really is something for everyone here. From a variety of water sports on offer along the beaches and a golf course nearby to boat trips to the many incredible coves along the coastline.
