Finca Xorca Spain

Based in the south of the island and featuring wonderful landscape views, Finca Xorca is a rustic home built in traditional Mallorcan style with more than enough on offer to make your holiday incredible.
There are a total of five bedrooms in Finca Xorca, three twin rooms and two double bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find one of the doubles and one twin, and the upper floor is host to the other three bedrooms. Every bedroom in this home is en suite, which is not only a wonderful added privacy but is also sure to cut down queue times in the morning! Each room is very spacious and airy, with cosy furnishing and air conditioning units. All but one of the upstairs twins also come with wardrobe space so you can fully settle in during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make your meals during your stay, including a stovetop, oven, and pod coffee maker. There is also plenty of storage space for snacks and ingredients, a smaller breakfast table in the kitchen and a large dining table off the side of the living area. Not only can you enjoy your meals al fresco at the dining table by the pool, but there is also an annexe within which you will find a further covered dining area as well as a small kitchen and grill. Grill up some fresh meat and vegetables to enjoy with local wine in the warm breeze.
The living space in Finca Xorca is very large and spacious. The area is true to the rustic theme, as exposed wooden beams and a log fireplace really emphasise the cosy feel of the area and make you feel at home. There are large sofas for you to enjoy and cosy cushions encouraging you to sink in and socialise during your downtime. There is both a TV and iPod dock in the living space, so you can watch some shows or listen to your favourite tunes!
Stepping out of the villa walls, guests will be pleased to see a large private pool before them, a welcome treat on the property for those especially hot days. Feel the benefits of gliding through cool water without even needing to leave the property edge or simply enjoy splashing about in the shallower end. The pool is lined with sun loungers for catching a tan or reading a good book in the breeze.
The fun doesn’t stop with the gorgeous private pool; however, just off to the side, you will find not only a table tennis table to strike up the friendly competition but also a full tennis court. Get some practice in if you’re familiar with the sport, or simply have a go at learning something new! Tucked to the side, you will also see a swing set, perfect for little ones or anyone looking for a quiet moment to feel like a kid again.Surrounded by lush green trees and with an incredible amount of outdoor space is where you will find Finca Xorca, a perfect Mallorcan home for anyone looking to make the most of the island. Located in the wonderful countryside towards the south, the home provides a wonderfully quiet and tranquil location for you to rest and recharge during your stay.
Finca Xorca is located close to the town of Campos, a quaint town that has a rich history of agriculture and livestock work. All the amenities you could need are here, including a number of bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops.
The kitchen (and outdoor kitchen!) at Finca Xorca is fully equipped with everything you could need to make delicious meals, and to stock this kitchen, there are a number of supermarkets less than 10 minutes’ drive away. Head over to one to stock up on ingredients or simply just some snacks. If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s no problem as Mallorca has plenty of restaurants for you to enjoy. Campos is host to a large number of them and takes less than 10 minutes’ drive to get to. Enjoy speciality dishes paired perfectly with local wine or fresh juices.
There are a whole host of wonderful beaches across Mallorca, which is just one of the reasons why it makes such a wonderful and popular holiday destination. Es Trenc beach towards the south is just one, with warm white sand and clear turquoise water making it the perfect place to relax, tan, swim or simply take in the view.
For activities away from the sea, take a Segway tour of the island or a quad bike tour if you’re feeling even more adventurous. See the island’s beautiful countryside and perhaps stop for a picnic in the Spanish sun.
Whilst in Campos, why not visit a few of its drawing points? Tour the Church of San Julián, a neoclassical build from the nineteenth century in the heart of the town, or the San Francisco Convent, which dates back to the seventeenth century.
