You know you’ve found a good thing when you don’t have to travel to the Unesco World Heritage Site because you’re already surrounded by it. Exploring this stunning corner of Mallorca may have to wait a day or two, though. First, there’s a pool-side hammock that needs testing, a BBQ to enjoy, and a log burning fire to curl up by when the night winds down. The well-appointed living areas make entertaining inside a breeze, but we doubt you’ll be moving from the alfresco kitchen and dining area in summer. Pick some fresh herbs from the garden for a hefty salad, drizzle some local olive oil, and open a bottle of Spanish wine. Now sit back, and wait for that glorious sunset to roll in.
