Villa Aeary is a modern, four-bedroom property situated in the quiet residential area of Sa Punta des Port, a part of the popular tourist area of Cala D’Or. Only a five-minute walk from the villa you will find the beautiful cove of Cala Egos with its sandy beach providing the perfect spot for gazing out to sea, enjoying the long, sunny, summer days. At the centre of Cala Egos, and within walking distance of the property, there are shops, restaurants, bars and cafes so you don’t even need to drive once you arrive at the villa. The marina of Cala D’Or is only 2.5km away, with even more great restaurants, cafes and live music on offer, overlooking the yachts and sailboats.
The villa is a new build, contemporary property, furnished in a modern style throughout. Spread over two-storeys, the villa is bright and airy, with natural light flooding through all the living spaces, melting the boundaries between the interior and exterior. The ground floor boasts a spacious living area with sliding glass doors opening out onto the pool area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your use, with a dining area that offers direct access to the covered terrace. This floor also features two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite. The first floor has the double master bedroom, with its own en-suite and direct access to a large terrace with views of the sea in the distance; imagine waking up every morning and strolling out to your own terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also another attractive, sunny twin bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower-room and access to a small terrace.
Outside, the spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax. There is a barbecue and covered terrace with views of the pool and garden, a great place to enjoy al-fresco meals or just relax and read your favourite book.
