The exterior of this villa has been designed in a typical and traditional Mallorcan style, with yellow washed stone and bricks used in its construction whilst interiors have been newly renovated to offer a modern and sleek design throughout!  The villa has been set out across one outstanding floor so set about the lounge to kick back with the whole crew should you desire to do so! This part of the villa makes for a perfect place to gather everyone together, and the satellite television is sure to keep all ages entertained! Dine on the indoor table by the lounge area, especially handy for quick meals in the morning or night, or quick snacks and drinks whilst you have a lovely chit-chat! The kitchen behind the table, which sits at the end of an open plan area, offers all the amenities and equipment you need, so whether you want to store drinks or make a brew to suit the time or you want to whip up a magnificent feast, the kitchen will be sure to match your needs! The three bedrooms within Villa Spetti continue the luxury that is present throughout the house. Guests have the choice of twin single beds in two of the rooms and a double bedroom in the master bedroom. Two beautiful and polished bathrooms offer guests spaces to revitalise and refresh, and two bathrooms mean extra convenience is assured!  Outdoors, the patio offers another dining table, for you to feast with entire group alfresco. To take it up a notch, why not prepare vegetables and meats on the outdoor barbecue, a sure-fire way to truly top off a fantastic holiday. Let the food digest as you and the family sunbathe on the sun-loungers and with wi-fi from the house you can even surf or listen to tunes as you experience the world-famous Spanish siesta! No doubt you may get too hot under the heat of the sun, so why not jump into the outdoor pool, stepped to allow easy access in and out!Spain’s islands to the south of the country are a favourite getaway for international travellers and Spanish natives alike! Right in the hub of activity in the Port of Pollenca, the villa is a stone’s throw from an array of restaurants and bars, scenic and old towns alongside beaches and bays, rated for their cleanliness and divine backdrops! Head into the Port of Pollenca, formally the centre for the business activity this fishing village was famed for, where you can dine on the freshest and tastiest seafood, caught daily. Introduce the entire family to the delights of tapas, where finger-licking appetisers start your journey across different and delicious taste. Known for its wine, the island offers some of the best produce of Spanish vineyards, but for those who crave more familiar tastes, the island also offers home favourites! The Port of Pollenca also offers places to shop, from clothes to souvenirs and mementoes of your stay in the beautiful area! Drink at bars and head to the marina, where guests can take boat or yacht tours and see the fantastic scenes on the coast as well as bays and caves! Port of Pollenca offers access to the Tramuntana Mountain range and excellent routes so hikers can explore the beauty Mallorca has to offer.
Pollenca Beach starts at the port and extends both ways. What is even more interesting is that both ways offer differing types of beach experiences! South of the port, the beach offers the traditional and full day out type of beach setting where you can hire parasols and sun-loungers or splash in the waters!
