Sitting just outside the South Mallorcan town of Santa Ponça, this villa is well and truly blessed when it comes to amenities that will make you stay unforgettable.
It feels redundant to start with anything other than the large swimming pool out in the garden, which is surrounded by loungers and an inbuilt sound system to get the party started. However, there’s plenty going on in the huge room that contains an impressively-equipped gym, tables for both ping-pong and pool, and a bar area. Around the front of the house, you’ll also find a trampoline and a set of football goals.
Aside from all these entertaining thrills, we should probably mention that the home is a modern masterpiece when it comes to interior design, too. Full of open spaces and whitewashed walls, it never feels anything less than dazzlingly bright, while the minimalist kitchen and island will have even the most reluctant of home chefs flexing their culinary muscles. At the end of the day, there can be no more cosy place to gather together than around the contemporarily styled fireplace.
Although you could very easily pass many a happy day without leaving the address, you don’t have to venture far to find attractions. The town’s main beach – Playa Santa Ponsa – is only a quarter of an hour’s walk away, while there’s also a golf course and tree-top adventure park a similar distance away, too.
