Sure, Ibiza has a reputation for being fast-paced and flashy, but this traditional white villa in the island hills couldn’t be further from the party scene. The 300-year-old home is filled with original features: arched oak ceilings, thick white walls, and polished floor tiles hint at simple country charm. There’s plenty of social space inside, with a well-equipped kitchen – keep an eye out for the cute hanging brass saucepans – and several seating areas filled with white sofas and feature fireplaces for curling up with a book. But with views over the island and further out to the Mediterranean ocean, it’s the patio, pergolas, and private swimming pool where you’ll spend most of your time. There are enough sun loungers for the whole party to relax, while shade can be found under one of the leafy trees. Come nightfall, fire up the stone barbecue and watch the sunset beyond the sea.
