Have a swim in the saltwater pool or sunbathe on the roof terrace. Come lunch, fire up the pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy some coca de trampó with a glass of wine.
The elegant living space is in harmony with the exterior colour palette of reds and sand – with its large leather sofa, it’s perfect for relaxing with your family or friends. The absolute highlights, though, are the entertainment and fitness facilities. There’s a modern billiard room, a football table, fitness room and sauna.
On Tuesdays, head to the weekly market in the tranquil town of Porreres, just over six kilometres away. You’ll find everything here from sun-ripened fruit, vegetables, local wine and clothing. Alternatively, Santuari di Monti-Sion monastery is four kilometres and has fabulous vistas over the island. Or, if you fancy a day on the beach, there are numerous nearby, including Platja de Sa Rapita, a fifteen-minute drive from this gorgeous home.
