Grand in design and featuring stunning views and luxurious extras that include a private pool and tennis court, Villa Manya has all the hallmarks of a perfect island retreat. Sleeping up to twelve guests across six elegant and stylish bedrooms, the villa has everything you’ll need to enjoy a holiday to remember. Surrounded by cooling pine forests and showcasing incredible ocean views, Villa Manya offers peace and tranquillity for guests while still being within easy distance of Ibiza Town and all that it has to offer.
The villa’s interior is spacious and bright, with fresh, light neutral tones of white, cream and grey and plenty of natural elements such as wood and stone for an opulent yet rustic edge. Each room features large floor-to-ceiling glass windows to allow plenty of natural light and to offer guests more of those incredible views. Everything at Villa Manya is high-end – from the sumptuous sofas in the comfortable lounge areas to the top-of-the-range kitchen appliances, ornate bedroom furnishings and modern, stylish ensuite bathrooms.
Family living is made easy here, with a spacious yet cosy living area that features plush, cosy seating, a warming fireplace and a large flatscreen TV – the perfect spot for unwinding after a busy day. There is a separate dining room for intimate family meals and a well-equipped kitchen which features plenty of food preparation space, a ceramic hob with five burners, an electric oven, two fridges, a dishwasher, a juicer, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Villa Manya’s bedrooms are spread over two levels, with four bedrooms on one floor and two on the other. All bedrooms have ensuite bath or shower facilities, as well as featuring large flat screen TVs for a lazy morning’s entertainment. There is a mix of double and single beds at the villa, with four large twin rooms and two large doubles (including a master suite) available – ideal for larger family or friendship groups or those travelling with children. The bedrooms are decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the villa, in light, neutral shades, and some have balcony access, providing guests with a perfect, private spot to enjoy a morning cuppa as the sun comes up over the island.
Villa Manya is south-facing, so guests here will get to enjoy the very best of the Ibizan sunshine. You’ll find plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy, including well-planned out areas for alfresco dining, fully-furnished terraces for indulging in pre-dinner drinks or a quiet breakfast, as well as quiet shady spots – including a canopied daybed – for reading or relaxing. The villa also has its own private pool for cooling off after a long, hot day and a tennis court – so be sure to pack your rackets so that you can indulge in some friendly after-dinner competition!Villa Manya is located just minutes from the island’s capital, Ibiza Town, one of the oldest towns in all of Europe and something of a mecca for party people, history lovers, and those looking to enjoy a family break. Here you’ll find something for everyone, including gorgeous sandy beaches, nightclubs, world-class restaurants and a fantastic selection of bars. Visitors who love to shop until they drop won’t be disappointed as the town is home to a variety of boutiques and high-end fashion stores, as well as plenty of places to pick up some unique novelties and souvenirs – in the summer months you may even spot a few celebs, as the island draws quite the international crowd!
Visitors here come for the art galleries and museums just as much as they do the clubs and party atmosphere, and with so many to choose from, you’ll find plenty on offer if you want to indulge in a little history and culture during your stay. Much of the architecture and layout here in Ibiza Town has remained untouched since the 1600s, and the town is still home to the Catalan Castle, which was built in 1235, as well as the Gothic cathedral that boasts incredible coastline views. After soaking up the amazing historical sights, take a stroll through Ibiza Town’s back streets, where you’ll get to witness colourful parades and street performers, before heading down to the port and seeing how the other half live with some of the biggest and most expensive yachts in the world on show.
Eating out could not be simpler while in Ibiza Town, with restaurants and eateries offering cuisines from all over the world, from traditional Spanish tapas and Asian fusion to familiar chains such as Hard Rock Cafe, Mcdonalds and Burger King. As night falls, Ibiza Town really comes into its own, with hundreds of independent, quirky and lively bars offering beers, wines and cocktails, and most showcasing live entertainment. If clubbing is your thing, you’ll be in your element here as the town is home to Pacha – the original super club and one of the biggest and most famous on the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of lively themed nights that will take you through into the morning and beyond! At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
