Villa El Cid Spain

Villa El Cid is a truly delightful property situated in an utterly charming inland village less than a half hours drive from Valencia airport.  
Built to exacting standards by a renowned architect who specialises in all things Eco, Villa El Cid boasts a revolutionary air renovation system, solar panels and numerous other ecological and ‘healthy’ house features. As you approach this superb dwelling, you will be instantly impressed by the mature and beautifully tended gardens, where a child friendly (gated) private swimming pool commands centre stage. 
The interiors are no less impressive, and have been recently renovated to a very high standard whilst being gleefully sympathetic to both the properties past, as well as the traditional atmosphere of the village in which it is located.  
Although considered to be located in a rural location, Villa El Cid is surprisingly close to the coast, whilst offering immediate access to the Siera Calderona Nature Reserve.  A drive of less than 15 minutes will bring you to the nearest beaches at Pucol or El Puig, and a walk of less than 5 minutes will take you into the dramatic mountain landscape of the Siera Calderona.  
However, with the village amenities right on your doorstep, it would be of no great surprise if many a day is simply spent relaxing by the pool and wandering through the beautiful neighbourhood to the local restaurant and bar to practice your Spanish whilst enjoying a delicious Tapas meze and a few chilled glasses of local wine! 
Villa El Cid is located within a protected urbanisation, and therefore benefits from ‘very discreet’ 24/7 security. 
Valencia is a very popular destination for those seeking a typically Spanish holiday. The area of Los Monasterios, which is slightly off the beaten track, yet only a 22-minute drive north from Valencia airport offers an eclectic selection of activities for all the family. Days out can be spent in the stunningly picturesque Siera Calderona, and for beach lovers, the nearby beach at Pucol is less than a 15-minute drive away. As for food and drink, well you could not be better placed, as the selection of excellent tapas bars and typical Spanish restaurants is simply endless at our neighbourhood restaurant/bar, the nearby village and at the beach, not to mention the delicious local wines and sherries.
