A stunning and modern villa located in Muro, Villa Guardes exudes luxury at the highest level. The outdoor areas of this property also follow an incredibly stylish theme, making use of multiple terrace areas. The lower terrace includes a high-quality barbecue area that is also accompanied by a minimalist seating area. As such, guests can gather in one unique space and mindfully take in the nearby views of the sea. On the upper level of the terrace, there is a large rattan dining table with a set of matching chairs. This is a perfect space to enjoy a range of freshly cooked meals and truly unwind whilst on holiday. There is also an impeccable roof terrace that contains a set of high-quality sun loungers. Inside, Villa Guardes is just as impeccable. As you enter, you will be taken aback by the cohesive and open-plan living areas. The lounge area is home to a collection of white leather sofas, giving guests a comfortable place to rest after a long day exploring the sights of the local town. This space also uses a pair of incredibly large windows that offer outstanding views of the scenery as well as an abundance of natural light sources. Opposite the lounge area is the dining area. This area follows a very minimalist theme by using a long white dining table and a collection of sleek white chairs. Thus, the whole family can enjoy an assortment of delicious meals in a stylish and attractive setting. The kitchen includes a large selection of bright white countertops that are expertly contrasted with the black countertop seen on the kitchen island.  Moving up the wooden staircase, you will come across the three main bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom and includes an expansive king-sized bed. This room also uses a large window, providing amazing views of the outdoor areas. There is also an opulent en-suite bathroom with a shower and two basins. The second bedroom also includes a spacious king-sized bed and an additional en-suite bathroom. Finally, the third bedroom includes a pair of single beds that have been joined together to make one double bed. Therefore, this room can be customised to suit two children or another couple.Villa Guardes can be found in the energetic region of Muro, a location that has attracted tourists from far and wide for many years. Muro is home to a wide variety of alluring attractions and destinations, such as the S’Albufera Natural Park. This exquisite nature reserve is ideal for keen bird watchers as it is a key stopping place for rare birds who are migrating from Africa to Europe. Guests are encouraged to meander through the multiple hiking trails, either by foot or by bike, and take in the amazing sights of these wonderful birds. It should be noted that the park is free to enter, but guests must collect a permit from reception when parking their cars. S’Albufera Natural Park is less than 20-minutes away from the centre of Muro. For lovers of golf, Club de Golf Alcanada is a spectacular 18-hole golf course that is bound to excite any level of player. This course was designed by acclaimed architect Robert Trent Jones Jr in 2003 and has since become one of the most recognised courses in Spain. The considerable course contains a variety of bunkers, tee shots, and holes, making it a very complex game for any type of golfer. There is also a high-end restaurant on-site to help guests refuel themselves after an exhilarating game. Club de Golf Alcanada is just under half an hour away from Muro.  Due to it being so close to the sea, Muro has a large selection of artisan seafood restaurants, such as Can Gavella. This beautiful establishment is less than 10-minutes away from the centre of Muro and offers a large assortment of Mediterranean cuisine for guests to indulge in. The restaurant serves unique dishes such as octopus and authentic paella, allowing guests to gain a true taste of this amazing region. In addition, Can Gavella also has a selection of live music events that are often performed in the beach-themed decking area. This restaurant is open from 11 am till 7 pm in April, May, September, and October. In June, July, and August, it is open from 11 am till 10 pm.
