Casa Pujioleta is a spacious country house with plenty of space inside and out. The surroundings of Casa Pujioleta are breath-taking and offer the perfect panoramic back-drop to your photos encapsulating your holiday memories. The exterior is a beautiful villa with the stunning cobble effect walls, with beautiful, natural landscaping around the edges of the property.
When you enter the villa, the entrance way shows the atmosphere that this villa is aiming for, from its spacious layout and grandeur feeling. It immediately gives access to the large living room through French doors. This room is a large and spacious central point to the house.
It’s a charming room, with a relaxing and welcome atmosphere about it thanks to the bright space: helped by the windows and French doors that lead outside to the poolside terrace. The living area has enough seating for everyone to be comfortable, as well as a television with access to English channels and a DVD player offering you and your guests the chance to wind down with a movie and a drink with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen and dining room is attached to the living area but can also be accessed from the entrance hall. The kitchen is a spacious set up with plenty of workspace for those that enjoy cooking. Additionally, there is a dining table and a pantry in this area. The kitchen has got the necessary modern appliances to make even the hobbyist chef happy. With direct access onto the terrace from the kitchen, you’ll have the option to dine under the shade of the terrace with direct views of the surrounding area.
The ground floor also has three of the bedrooms, they’re twin rooms with the beds pushed together. The rooms continue the relaxing atmosphere that the rest of the villa shares, with similar styles in the bright colours and bright spaces.
The bedrooms on the ground floor also all have access to the terrace through double doors – all of which have curtains that can be pulled across from the inside to grant privacy. One of the rooms on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom, the other two share a shower room. Finally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The master bedroom is on the first floor; it has a double bed and a balcony that overlooks the pool. Just like the bedrooms on the ground floor, this is a spacious room that is minimal in design but incredibly light and airy. The master also has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom of its own with a bath and shower.
If you enjoy the idea of having a drink and sitting out on a balcony to watch the sun, then you’re in luck as there are two sun terraces on the first floor, one facing east and one facing west: you’ll have spectacular views on offer from each!
Casa Pujioleta has a large private pool, surrounded by tiles available to you and your guests with a minimum depth of 1.10meters to a maximum of 2.30meters, there is also a table tennis table here so you can engage in friendly competition and learn a new game. Together these outdoor activities offer hours of entertainment!
In addition to the outdoor dining furniture, there are also sun-loungers, enough for all the guests so that you can get that holiday tan you were hoping for! Additionally, there is a brick-built BBQ at the villa so that you can enjoy delicious holiday food with a drink and spectacular views.S’Alqueria Blanca is a village in the southeast of the island, near Cala d’Or. The village has its share of shops, bars and restaurants, which does mean you won’t have to travel far for great food and shopping. However, if you travel further afield, you’ll have Cala d’Or to visit as well as Palma.
Cala d’Or is family friendly with beaches, shops, restaurants and cafés aplenty. You’ll find that planning a family fun-filled day won’t be a struggle in this corner of Majorca. And although it is most popular with families, restaurants and bars in the area will also cover the nightlife you may want to live music. There are varied water sports to partake in along the beaches, a golf course nearby, and boat trips to take you to the various coves along the coastline.
Palma also offers food, shopping and nightlife! Additionally, there is an art gallery in Palma, here you’ll find works of some major artists including Picasso! You’ll find plenty of places to explore and walk whether it’s an established trail or walking through the beautiful nearby towns.
