Villa Cristapona is a gorgeous five-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury villa with panoramic views of the sought-after New Golden Mile in the Costa del Sol.
As soon as you enter the private driveway, you’ll marvel at the elegance of this brand-new luxury villa. On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by the plush and spacious living room with natural light which floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows. All rooms in the villa come with sea views of Playa del Saladillo. Guests can soak up the sight of its lovely wide beaches and beautiful sand dunes with a glass of wine in hand. Making your way through the living room, you’ll come to a chic dining area which seats eight and has uninterrupted views of the outdoor pool and the deep blue sea. If the nights get a little chilly, you can take advantage of the fireplace, get cosy, and watch the sky changing with the sunset. The villa also has a fully fitted modern kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
The sleek design continues into all five bedrooms, all of which come with an en-suite bathroom. All are tastefully decorated in subtle, earthy shades allowing the natural light to fill the rooms. Making your way up the stylish wooden staircases to the first floor, you’ll come to the main bedroom, which comes with its own private terrace complete with sun loungers, a dressing room, and a bathtub which overlooks the ocean.
In the basement, you’ll find a luxurious spa with an indoor heated swimming pool and Swedish-style sauna. The rooftop is state-of-the-art, with a terrace which offers a chill-out zone and a jacuzzi on the wooden deck and stunning panoramic views. The owners have really gone the extra mile in what to offer their guests with an entertainment area, two-car garage and an outdoor rotating platform. A short walk away is Pepe’s Beach Chiringuito bar/restaurant. This much-loved local has been there since 1975, serving up Mediterranean dishes. You can dine indoors or on the outdoor terrace, or get comfortable on the sun beds. On a clear day, you can see Gibraltar and the Northern coast of Morocco, and there’s often live entertainment to go with the meals!
A ten-minute drive from the villa is the luxury marina complex of Puerto Banus. Sandwiched between the mountains and the sea, the marina is the perfect place to see and be seen, snap those all-important selfies, and indulge in the best fine dining Andalusia has to offer. The glamourous town is southwest of Marbella and rich in high-end shopping malls, restaurants and bars. Shop ‘til you drop at the luxury boutiques that line the streets then hit the waterfront to eat, drink and be entertained.
A seven-minute drive is San Pedro, a buzzing town which is full of history and popular with day-trippers. The town has retained its authentic Spanish charm over the years and remained relatively untouched by the surrounding developments. Spend a day exploring the narrow streets of the old town and visiting the small shops, cafes and bars that line them. Take a stroll along the palm tree-lined promenade before you settle into a restaurant for tapas and wine and bask in the warm Spanish air.
A twenty-minute drive away is Marbella. Surrounded by the Sierra Blanca mountains, the vibrant coastal town has something to suit everyone, not just the jet-set crowd. The old town is immaculately maintained and characterised by mazes of narrow lanes with colourful houses, flower boxes and stunning bougainvillea.
