Rise and shine with a dip in the villa’s infinity pool before making a beeline for nearby Major beach, where you can relax on the soft sands. By night, savour a sunset over dinner on your private pool terrace, which overlooks the sweeping coastline.
Modern and sleek are the buzzwords at this villa, thanks to its clean lines and natural-coloured décor. Virtually every angle of the property is designed to make the most of those ocean vistas –  we’re talking large glass windows and doors. To help you feel at home, there’s a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave here, plus an outdoor barbeque, too. You can pick up your fresh produce from one of the nearby shops or try local cuisine like octopus and mussels at one of the restaurants.
Beach House Galicia is perfect for groups of friends or families because it can sleep up to ten guests across its four spacious bedrooms. There’s a double en-suite bedroom with a terrace, plus a twin room with a terrace, which shares its bathroom with another double bedroom. There’s also a quadruple bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom at this villa, too, which is perfect for those who may like a bit of extra space and privacy.
Please be mindful that Beach House Galicia is only two minutes’ walk from a nudist beach. When you’re not unwinding by the pool or soaking up the sun on one of the terraces, there are two top beaches about a ten minute walk away. You can rent a boat in the area to discover more untouched corners for the coast, join a scuba diving tour or hire a car and explore the nearby towns, too. With plenty of things to see and do, Galicia is ideal place for a family-friendly holiday.Beach House Galicia overlooks the coast in the Spanish town of Sanzenxo in Pontevedra, Galicia. This relatively untouched gem is renowned for its wild and rugged beauty – we’re talking green valleys, rugged mountains and beautiful beaches. Thanks to the villa’s seafront location, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with watersports like swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, too. Major Beach has soft sands and calm waters and is only a 10 minute’ stroll from the villa.
In Sanzenxo itself, there are a coves to explore, as well as cobbled streets dotted with shops and restaurants. Culture vulture?  You can head to nearby Pontevedra – a town known for its well-preserved old town and Gothic Santa María la Mayor Basilica. Discover the historic churches and charming squares here, before sampling local cuisine in one of the bars and restaurants. Galician specialties like Empanada Eallega – a large pie usually filled with meat – are usually on the menu, and can be washed down with a glass of the region’s famous Albarino wine. 
More worth-exploring cities in the area include Vilanova de Cerveira and Caminha. You could also make tracks for Vigo, Porto or Tui. The latter is a Romanesque and gothic village that’s steeped in history. Take in the cathedral and churches there, before heading to the mountain of Aloia nearby.
