Villa Cirer is a delightful hillside five-bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 guests near Ibiza Town. Enjoying panoramic mountain and sea views, Villa Cirer is a tranquil oasis that enjoys the best of both worlds, with the heartbeat of Ibiza and its most iconic destinations only a short drive away. Villa Cirer is airy and light and is designed to make the most of the incredible views. The spacious open living and dining area offers a comfortable retreat from the scorching sun with whitewashed walls, cool tiles, squashy sofas, and great dining space to enjoy fabulous feasts. There is Wi-Fi, TV and stereo for your entertainment. You can sit back and enjoy relaxed dining in the large separate kitchen, which has all the mod cons, including hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster.
All five bedrooms are simple and stylish and offer plenty of privacy and space. The master bedroom is a double bedroom with ample storage space, an en-suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with incredible sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have flexible twin beds and share an independent bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 is a flexible twin room and has a lovely bathroom with a shower next door. Bedroom 5, another twin room, enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Villa Cirer stands out when you step out onto the lovely large terrace and take in the amazing views of Salinas beach, Play den Bossa and, on most days, views of Formentera. It’s the place to turn up the chill-out music, relax back into comfy loungers and watch the Ibizan sun rise and fall.
There is a lovely covered dining area to the side of the property, which has a fabulous Spanish style open kitchen with a large brick built barbeque and sink. Alfresco dining is going to be a real treat at this property! And then there is the star of the show, a large infinity-edge swimming pool (10 x 4 metres) surrounded by oversized loungers and pretty parasols with sweeping views that will take your breath away.Villa Cirer has fabulous mountain and sea views and is in a quiet neighbourhood in the hills between Ibiza Town and Sant Josep, with the beaches and beach clubs of Playa den Bossa, Cala Jondal and Salinas only a short drive away.
Ibiza Town (Eivissa) is the largest city on the island and is one of the oldest towns in Europe. Ibiza Town is a must-see for those exploring and experiencing Ibiza. Home to world-famous restaurants and iconic clubs and the notorious Bora Bora beach, there is nowhere in the world quite like it! Playa d’en Bossa is the most popular resort in Ibiza and is a clubber’s delight! Home to famous clubs like Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza, this is the Ibiza vibe everybody talks about. Playa d’en Bossa also boasts the longest beach on the island, dotted with cool beach bars. Expect to enjoy endless sand and chill-out space whilst listening to DJs playing laid back music.
Sant Jordi (Sant Jorge) is the nearest, a pretty traditional Ibizan village with an impressive fortified church. Here you can pick up all your essentials from one of the many supermarkets, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bistros and tapas bars to enjoy. Every Saturday, there is a flea market in town selling all kinds of curiosities perfect for unique presents or good bargains, and the village square is host to a free open-air cinema each Saturday in July and August, with a series of classic movies in their original language with Spanish subtitles.
A short drive from the villa is Cala Jondal. This beautiful beach is located in a bay facing south and accessed by road or by private yacht. Lush pine trees frame golden sands and white pebbles, and the water is shallow, clear and warm. The cove is one of the most exclusive areas on the island and is home to a number of beach clubs, five-star restaurants and stunning homes. This is a haunt of the glitterati, so expect designer fashion, exquisite cocktail bars and glamourous people watching.
Another beach worth a visit is the iconic Las Salinas beach. This expanse of soft golden sand surrounded by a nature reserve is very popular; expect to see jet setters, families and hippy nudists sharing these beautiful shores.
