A five-bedroom, six-bathroom ultra-luxury villa located in the hills overlooking the Bay of Palma.
The house is part of an exclusive community which stays true to traditional Mediterranean architecture while marrying the stunning style with chic contemporary living. The marble-floored lounge really is something to write home about and is fully unique in its design, boasting a grand piano, bubble chair, as well as comfy sofas, TV and fireplace, which is perfect if the nights turn cooler. An elegant, spacious, fully equipped kitchen really tops off the leisure areas and comes with a large dining table so guests can enjoy their locally bought produce in comfort.
The bedrooms are every bit as sleek as the rest of the house, featuring designer wallpaper, elegant glass fixtures, and marble floors. Each of the five bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom, and most have a double sink, bidet and a bath and shower. Space is no issue here as the rooms come with king or super-king beds and open onto a balcony boasting sea or mountain views. Guests can unwind before bed by curling up in front of the satellite TV.
The house really does spoil guests for choice with its many views. Pick from the bay or the surrounding countryside and kick back with a glass of wine in hand and watch the sky change colour as the sun goes down.
The pool area is embedded in a sunny terracotta-tiled terrace with sunbeds as well as a luxurious daybed which is positioned to look over the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll be surrounded by tall native flora, which adds to the seclusion, despite being just minutes away from the charming town of Bendinat.Set against the backdrop of the stunning Tramuntana Mountains range, the popular town of Bendinat is well known for its highly sought-after coastal location next to the sparkling blue waters of the Balearic Sea.
Having long been synonymous with luxury and exclusivity, the town has an abundance of apartments and villas whilst having escaped the resort feel found in other Spanish destinations. The lack of development gives a feeling of having escaped it all, giving guests the best of both worlds; easy access to Palma de Mallorca, which is a fifteen-minute drive away and the peace and tranquillity of a charming seaside town.
Golf fans will be in their element with the exceptional Real Golf de Bendinat, an 18-hole course located in the prestigious Bendinat development of luxury villas. Set in a picture-perfect wooded valley, the course boasts stunning views of the surrounding area, and the honourary President of the club is King Juan Carlos of Spain. The clubhouse offers excellent facilities and a great view of the 18th hole.
Beach lovers can head to Cala Bendinat, a small stretch of white sand with crystal-clear waters surrounded by pine groves. We recommend anyone seeking peace and quiet heads there for a  day trip, picnic in hand and while away the hours on one of the sun loungers which are available to hire.
Bendinat makes a perfect base from which to explore the highlights of the south of Mallorca, and the major tourist resort of Magaluf is a short ten-minute drive away. Those wanting to sample the island’s nightlife will be spoiled for choice by the nightclubs and bars of Magaluf, which attract large crowds and some of the best international music artists and DJs.
