This is a super contemporary state of the art villa with minimalistic but stylish interior design and lots of light. All the furniture and decor is on a grand scale to fill the space, carefully selected to give a laid back designer twist to the lofty Scandinavian style interiors.

Even as you enter the villa you are met with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall looking straight out on the pool and contemporary stone walkway leading the eye to the Mediterranean sea on the horizon. The lofty living room has vast windows to the garden reaching up to the double-height ceilings, an almost invisible barrier between the straight indoor lines and the soft undulating panorama outside.
One of the property’s pools stretches out between two wings of the house; the other is located indoors and has an inset hot tub. You can either work up a sweat in the villa’s gym or in the sauna and Turkish bath, and at the end of a day of sightseeing or sunbathing, retreat to the media room.
Split over three floors and situated in peaceful private grounds, the property offers guests an unrivalled level of comfort, space and light. White walls, two-story windows edged in dark metal and a flat gray fireplace surround give the great room at Villa Hightop a modern, open-air feel.
The main living area is the perfect spot for guests to relax, socialize, entertain or organising a formal meeting. A large and fully- equipped modern kitchen opens directly out onto the outdoor dining space and through to the gardens.
Each of the 4 bedrooms and adjoining en-suite marble brand new bathrooms are exceptionally spacious, and offers lovely views out over the surrounding area. These include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a professional GYM with private cinema in the lower floor. The apartment is located on the basement, offering additional accommodation with living room, and small kitchen.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Villa on 3 levels. Entry is through a security gate down a long driveway to a carport. There is also access to a covered garage with parking for various vehicles. Entry through the main door of the house takes you to the reception area. There is access to the exterior pool from this area. To the right there are two guest suites, both with queen beds and en suites with bath tubs and separate showers. These two bedrooms have doors that access the garden and swimming pool. To the left of the entrance is the open plan living and dining room with large flat screen TV and three sofas. There is a dining table with seating for 10 guests. There is a second smaller living room with flat screen smart TV next to the main living room. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground level.
From the kitchen there is access to a covered outdoor terrace with outdoor dining table for 10 guests. Both the kitchen and living rooms have large sliding glass doors that access directly onto the main outdoor terrace with four outdoor sofas and two coffee tables. From this terrace there is direct access to the swimming pool. There is a stairwell that leads up to the first floor and also down to the basement floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the master suite with king bed and en suite with bathroom and separate shower and the guest bedroom with queen bed and en suite with bath and separate shower. The corridor on the first floor looks over the main living area of the house and there is also an extra room on this floor that could be used as a bedroom for 2 children.
There is a lift that connects the three floors. On the basement floor there is a wine cellar and a fully equipped gym with glass windows looking over the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. In the pool area there is a bathroom with showers, a Sauna with seating for 8 and a separate steam room with seating for 8. The large covered garage is also located on this floor which leads to the staff quarters. In the staff quarters there is a kitchen, small living room, double bed and en suite bathroom.
