Bright and informal, this comfortably decorated interior is homely with traditional terracotta tiles floors, sloping wood-beamed ceilings and exposed Maresc stonework all featuring in the decor. The real focus however is on the outdoor living, with more than ample space on the lawn, terraces and around the grounds for all to enjoy.
You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including a well equipped traditional kitchen, connecting lounge/dining room separated by arches, access out to the spacious corner furnished terrace.  The property boasts 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 twin bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. The swimming pool 8 x 5 m is adjacent to the terrace area therefore perfect for watching over the younger members of the group while swimming. A brick BBQ is conveniently located adjacent to the pool area and terrace therefore perfect for trying out the local cuisine and family BBQ’s.
The villa is ideally located, within a 15 minute drive of the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The town of Pollensa is just 10 minutes by car and offers a number of amenities.
